T4, T4F and X1 win at ETS Round 3, Germany. The 3rd round of the ETS was held on the weekend of 19-20 September, after a 6 month hiatus, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The venue was the newly built asphalt track of Arena33 in Andernach, Germany. The entries were capped to 200, which made for a lot of track time, and competitive racing in all classes.
The XRAY team was in full attendance, with hopes to secure good points for the overall championship!
In the Pro Stock class, it was Alexandre Duchet who put his XRAY T4´20 on the top qualifying spot, after a superb drive. The Danish young gun Kevin Nielsen actually came super close to taking the overall TQ as well, after just missing out on 1st in the opening qualifier. But because of the extremely close points/tie breaks, he had to settle for 5th. Lukas Ellerbrock and Tim Benson (who bumped up) made it 4x XRAY T4´20 cars in the competitive A-final!
In the finals, Duchet was able to take two tone to tone wins in A1 and 2, with some flawless driving, winning the event! Kevin showed superb pace in the finals, especially after changing back to his qualifying set of tires, but he just couldn´t find a way past the drivers in front, and eventually finished 4th, shy of what would have been a deserved podium!
Pro Stock results:
1. Alexandre Duchet - XRAY T4´20
2. Simon Lauter
3. Max Machler
The popular Frontwheel class was dominated by our own Stefan Schulz, who put his XRAY T4F´21 on the TQ spot, and converted it into a win after the finals! A big congratulations to Stefan for his great performance!

Thank you to all XRAY drivers who joined the event! Congratulations to the winners, and hope to see you in Muhlheim-Karlich next month for Round 4 of the ETS series!
